DescriptionHi. DVBv5_Tools has essential unique scan functions (dvbv5-scan to channels.conf) for use with VDR. Please include in MLD an opkg package of DVBv5_Tools. See the links. Thanks.

This DVB toolset suite resides in the v4l-utils git repository, and uses libdvbv5, also stored at the v4l-utils git tree.

On Ubuntu, DVBv5_Tools may already be packaged as "dvb-tools".

You can use the scan funktion included in the Webif setup. This is part of the "scan" package.

Hi. The scan commands included do not have the tuning functions for here. It does not get most of the chan here. The DVBv5_Tools has unique functions and does get results here. Can run it on the MLD command line. Please do package it for MLD. Thanks.

Witch functionalety of the DVBv5 scan tool do you need, that is missing in the older w_scan tool?
